Meghna Ramaswamy（梅格納·拉馬斯瓦米）博士，University of Saskatchewan（加拿大薩斯喀徹溫大學）國際事務辦公室主任，負責本校國際研究和國際合作，專注于聯合國可持續發展目標(SDGs)的對接。
拉馬斯瓦米博士目前為公立和贈地大學協會（APLU）國際倡議委員會執行委員會成員，加拿大國際教育局（CBIE）國際關系學習社區指導委員會成員，國際教育協會2020年年會亞太地區文摘的評論家，聯合國可持續發展目標4 --“優質教育”項目負責人，擔任歐洲貧困及相關疾病研究基礎設施專家咨詢委員會主席，世衛組織聯合國項目艾滋病規劃署顧問，世衛組織和歐洲委員會若干倡議的專家顧問。
拉馬斯瓦米博士曾主持聯合國2013年第 A/RES/67/290號決議，擔任英國艾滋病試劑中心負責人，英國倫敦國王學院、倫敦大學學院和英國國家生物制品檢定所碩士研究生導師，研究方向為皰疹和艾滋病感染等。作為首席調查員，與世界衛生組織、歐洲委員會、國家健康研究院以及比爾和梅林達·蓋茨基金會等開展國際合作。
